Hello all of you. I submitted a blog quite some time ago, just a kind of "hello" to all. I suppose I am doing that once again. I am a pianist at Washington Square Mall in Tigard Oregon. I absolutely love my job and having obtained this steady job of playing the piano five days a week, has been a dream of mine. I was a sub. for about 12 years, before I finally was offered a steady job. I am still so thrilled to come to work each day and if any of you ever pass by me there, please stop to say hello.
Although I do compose, I also play familiar tunes from many eras. I particularly enjoy coming up with my versions of some of the contemporary pop music out there today. It's a fun challenge trying to work out a nice solo piano rendition of an Avril Lavigne, Nickelback, or an All American Rejects tune. Take care all.
